Our flavors are the most appreciated in the nation and worldwide. Our concentrate flavors are the original gourmet Hawaiian flavor. Concentrate flavor requires you to make your own mix by adding Conc. Flavor with sugar & water according to the formula. A quart size of concentrate makes 8 gallons of RTU and 1 gallon of concentrate makes 32 gallons of RTU. Most of our out of state customers prefer the concentrates because the shipping cost is far less than the RTU syrups. Flavor concentrates are a much more economical way for higher volume business to operate. When using flavor concentrates, you can cut your syrup cost by half. Simply purchase the desired flavor concentrates,. A quart of shaved ice concentrate will flavor 8 gallons of syrup or 32 quarts. A gallon of shaved ice concentrate will flavor 32 gallons of syrup or 128 quarts. MOCHA, CAPPUCHINO and LI-HING-MUI are $2.00 more per quart. We also have Cola and Clear Vanilla.
